Pet care experience
I've always loved animals and grew up in a home full of pets. I currently share a home with 3 dogs and 7 cats (2 of which were planned!). Previously, I worked for a few large pet sitting companies and eventually started my own pet care business in Atlanta. I was also employed as a vet technician and can provide basic first aid and administer medications if needed. Prior to the first pet sitting visit or dog walk, I will provide a free in-home consultation to discuss your pet’s needs and to give them time to become familiar with me. I want them to be as comfortable as possible while you’re away and they will be more relaxed when someone they know comes to care for them. Having used the services of pet sitters myself, I understand how much trust you place in those that care for your pets. I enjoy pet sitting because I love animals, and my goal is to provide safe, personalized, loving care for your pets so you can be worry-free while you're away! For added peace of mind, I am a member of Pet Sitters International, bonded and insured.

Megan is fantastic with animals, it is a genuine reflection of her love for nature. She is thorough and detail oriented. She does not do "good enough," she follows directions to the last detail and gets it right. She is also not afraid of doing the dirty work, taking care of pets isn't just the fun parts, and she will do everything that needs to be done.
Megan loves animals, she is caring and thorough. She follows instructions to every last detail. I've personally watched her administer medications to a lumpy old dog with cancer. He needed some medications on an empty stomach, others on a full stomach, and she never misses a detail. If you're looking for detail oriented caregiving, if you've got fur kids that need more than "close enough" you need Megan--she's the best.
