Having traveled a lot in the past, I know it is hard leaving your little ones behind without worrying they're being taken proper care of. I will walk them 3+ times a day, including visits to dog parks. I will follow their daily schedules if they have one, and will feed them accordingly. They will get lots of love, and do everything to make them feel at home. About this sitter: I am a student working my way through college. I found a passion for animals at a young age, having been raised with almost every type of pet a kid could ever want. I spent my childhood weekends out in the country with my family where we raised dogs, cattle, horses, and swine. Dogs, however, will always hold a special place in my heart. Growing up, my home was filled with a variety of different dog breeds. I also have experience with special needs dogs, whether it be narcolepsy, old age, or mental illness. In 2013, I spent my summer interning at a local dog friendly company, where I was in charge of Social Media and Promotions. I visited different dog parks and dog friendly establishments in Austin, spreading the word about the company while getting feedback on how Austin can be a more dog friendly place to live. He is a very old soul, but when he gets his occasional burst of energy he's just a hoot to watch. I live on the south side of the river in a duplex with a large yard that has a creek running through it.
