My services include the basic outside time and feeding times, but leave room for walks, baths, and lots of playtime at the pet owner's discretion. I've worked with animals for over 15 years, have learned basic training techniques, been a pet sitter for several families, and have dealt with a variety of breeds (and sizes). Currently, I am living in the greater Athens, GA area with my Catahoula mix, Schatzie. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and have decided that I want to devote my life to working with animals. I would love to get to know you and your four-legged friend(s)! Why do I love dog sitting? I've been a dog-lover my entire life. I grew up with cats, and decided that for my 16th birthday I wanted a dog instead of a car. I grew up volunteering at the local CSRA Humane Society - from dog walking to helping the vet tech there, my love for animals grew. It’s where I adopted my first dogs, Lorraine and MJ. It's my passion for animals that then led me to study Animal Science in college, and through my studies, I gained valuable experience with a variety of species. I am happy to watch your dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, reptiles, and the like! Do I have experience administering medication? Yes; I have spent several years working along-side a vet tech, and have become comfortable administering a variety of medications and treatments.
