Megan was very responsive when arranging the sitting, and she was available on the dates I needed. Around 11am the day of, I hadn't heard from her or received a "Rover" report card. When I asked her why I didn't receive one, she said she didn't know what it was. I asked her to call me and she did. I walked her through how to use the app, and gave her very explicit instructions over the phone to walk the pups until they pooed (even if it took up 25mins of the 30min visit). When I received the "Rover" card later that day, she had gone over much earlier then we agreed, and didn't even stay the full 30mins. The walk couldn't have been more than 10mins. The pictures were blurry and there was no "Note for Service". She never messaged me updates, I had to ask for them. She didn't feed the dogs their dinner properly, even though I gave exceptionally clear directions in the app. My dogs are my children, and this was not the experience I was hoping for. I will use another sitter in the future.

I have known Megan for almost 10 years, and have seen her interact with dogs of all breeds - she has never met a dog she didn't love! She is extremely reliable, passionate about all animals, and very capable with dogs of all sizes. Your furry friend will be in great hands with Megan!
