Pet care experience
I am a UW alumni, but am currently going back to school to get my Bachelor's in Nursing. The last few years, I have made Madison my home. I grew up taking care of a golden retriever and have been surrounded by dogs my whole life. Currently I am working with a 4 month old rescued hound/lab mix so I have some experience with puppies. I find it very enjoyable to teach puppies new tricks and would love to incorporate that into drop-in visits if requested. I am very active so I am more than happy to run with dogs that need a little extra exercise. I also have a lot of patience and am able to adapt to your dogs' specific needs. I have a varied class schedule right now, so I am usually able to work around your schedule. I am able to do weekend dogsitting as well with your dog being able to stay in the comfort of their own home. I look forward to meeting your canine companions and giving you the peace of mind that they will always be well taken care of.

Megan is an A+ dog and house sitter. She's extremely respectful of my home and of my two hounds. She's never afraid to reach out with questions and/or updates during her stay. I feel safe knowing my dogs are in good hands. I can't recommend her enough.
Top notch dog sitter! Megan had become my go-to choice when u have to travel on weekends and my little hounds need care. She sends me pictures and updates every day so that I know my dogs are well cared for. She's also very respectful of my home. I feel safe knowing she's there.
Megan watched both of my small hounds for a 2nd time and provided constant updates, photos, and info on how my wonder twins behaved. I know that my dogs are in good hands when I travel and that Megan will take care of my dogs AND my apartment. I can't recommend her enough! A+ doggie care and updates.

To be able to know the dog and your preferences I would like information on your dog before I dogsit or walk them. I ask you to let me know if they have any aggressions at all whether that being towards people, kids, other dogs, or food aggression. I prefer non-aggressive dogs.
A typical day
Depending on the neighborhood you live in, I will take them on various routes and try to change it up a little each day. If there are walking trails nearby, we will most likely take that route as well. If your dog likes to play fetch or frisbee, I would love to take them to a nearby dog park and if not, just in your yard if fenced in.
