Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Megan. I have 12+ years experience working with animals in a veterinary office on top of having dogs and pets of my own since I was a little kid. I am comfortable with dogs who are skittish, anxious and ones that a take a while to warm up to strangers as well. Also very experienced with senior dogs ( & diabetes!)- I'm comfortable giving meds and monitoring health conditions as well. I pride myself on being extremely reliable and have experience with all breeds and sizes. I enjoy going on walks and im not scared of poop! Safety and communication is very important to me. I will gladly send tons of pics and updates so you know your pets are safe and loved! Working at a vet I've gained the experience and knowledge you can't get anywhere else which makes me the ideal pet sitter! I'm also comfortable with cats and small animals! I am open to daycare as long as the dog is good with other dogs and respectful kids! If I am coming to your home I always clean up any mess I see and leave it looking the same you left it.

Megan was great watching our dog Cooper while we were out of town for a week. She was friendly, our dogs got along well, and we received lots of photo updates! Cooper came home calm and happy - we will definitely look to Megan for future dogsitting needs!

MEGAN WAS AMAZING! See below 😸 First: This was my first ever Rover experience, as I only just got my 7 month old Siamese cat Jax back in November, so this whole process is still new to me. Second: I had booked 10 days of 30 minute drop-in visits during the holidays (Dec. 23-Jan. 1) so I was initially worried about the length of time I would be away from him… However there was NO WORRY AT ALL! She was very confident; reassured me that it would be fine, especially given her veterinary experience. In addition, she was extremely patient with me when I asked her for help setting up my Amazon Echo Show so I could monitor him through my home security camera system. Tech stuff like that does not always get explained easy so extra kudos to her just for that 👍🏽 Will definitely book for her services again!
