I have had dogs for my whole life and I absolutely love them. I miss them when I'm away and can use any excuse to take care of other dogs. I have trained my own dogs as well as others' for show in obedience, agility, confirmation, as well as therapy dog work. In addition, I spent 6 years working at a kennel caring for 40+ dogs (and cats) at a time of all ages and sizes, walking and handling playtime as well as taking specific requests for diet and medication. I also spent a summer working at a wolf center; big and/or moody dogs don't scare me. I'm also very good with nervous dogs or dogs with separation anxiety or aren't good with strangers. I will love spending time with your dog(s) and showing them a good time, but don't worry, they'll still be excited to see you when you get home.
