Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have experience with dogs of all sizes. I only use positive reinforcement methods and do not use any corrective tools. I am happy to continue working on any training while you are away. I can also provide mental enrichment for your dog. I have a 1 year old mini aussie so I am very familiar with herding breeds and high energy dogs.

Amazing!
Had such an amazing experience with Megan! Megan watched our two dogs for a week in our home. I was so nervous bc one of my pups was diagnosed with a serious autoimmune disease in September that requires careful medication administration. Megan did a great job giving those meds and providing me updates and pictures. The dogs have very different exercise requirements and she was really great at accommodating that too. Grateful to have found her and definitely will rebook in the future! Bonus too is that she left the house exactly as it was. Thanks again
Megan was better than the best expectations we could have imagined! Last minute another rover sitter canceled, and within minutes Megan responded and FaceTimed us to go over the details. Our 1 year old full of energy Doberman had the best time with her. She was spoiled with naps on the couch and Megan sent daily pictures. Definitely will book her again! Thank you Megan!!

I have a small fenced in yard for bathroom breaks. All time in the backyard will be supervised. For the safety of all dogs, I will not take any dogs off leash outside of my backyard and do not go to dog parks. I do request that dogs are crate trained to ensure nothing happens when I am away from the house. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed. If any issues do occur between dogs, the dogs will be kept separated for the remainder of their stay.

I would like to know about your pup and their behavior, especially with other dogs. Do they have any reactivity? Does your dog show any signs of resource guarding (toys, food bowls, water bowls, bones)? It would also be helpful to know their typical routine and how they do being left home for a few hours. I do require a meet and greet before hand to ensure your dog will be a good fit around my dog.
A typical day
I love to go for hikes and walks and can go whatever distance and pace that your dog is accustomed to. During weekdays I can take them to a big park and weekends can take them out to explore some hikes.

Availability
I have a hybrid schedule and work remotely Monday, Thursday, Friday. I typically take my dog for a 2 mile walk before starting work. I give bathroom breaks throughout the day and then go for another walk in the evening.
