We had a fairly bad experience using Megan. 3 major issues: 1) We paid for a sitter for three nights. On the final night she left and never came back. The next day we looked at our front door camera and realized she had not stayed that night and had NOT notified us so that we could find alternatives. We reached out the next day and she said she had to take her Roomate to the hospital. This is an understandable reason to have to leave, but left us scrambling to find someone to come let our dog out the next morning. He was only alone for 8-9 hours, but no telling how long it would have been had we not noticed. 2) she had 2 strangers in our house without notifying us or asking permission. Since we have a dog that is a fairly large liability had their been any kind of incident. 3) she never communicated with us the entire stay. No pictures or updates of any kind. I did reach out one time to ask how the dog was and she said he was fine.
