Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs since I was capable. I am one for all animals. I have volunteered my time for over 6 years total with various animal shelters to help care for, bathe, exercise, socialize, and love animals until they have their forever homes! I have several animals currently: 4yr retriever mix, 6 month old shepherd mix, 5yr angora lionhead rabbit, & 4yr crested gecko. I love caring for each of their diverse needs and have plenty of time to love your pets, too! I work well with dogs of all sizes and ages. I'm responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated, conscientious, and loving. *NOTE: JEFFERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER. AVAILABLE IN EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS, & HOLIDAYS.* I'd love to help in any way I can!

Megan was fantastic. She looked after my three dogs during my daughter's out of town graduation. I have a chocolate lab, a golden retriever and a boxer. Megan was very at ease with my larger dogs and they loved her. She texted pictures of my babies and really put me at ease that my fur babies were taken care of. I highly recommend Megan.
I can't say enough about Megan! She was available on short notice (10days) for a holiday! Was going out on a limb looming for someone to watch the pups 9a-6p while I worked a 12 hour shift while my best fiend/roommate was out of town. Megan had no issues, stayed the entire time, walked the pups, fed the pups, played with the pups! I am crazy about my 4 large dogs (80+lbs) and Megan was the perfect fit for them! Would HIGHLY RECCOMEND and will be using her again! She will not let you down. Megan was also available for a "get to know you" meet and greet before the initial encounter!
Another super amazing visit from this sweet girl, she never fails to keep our pups happy. Megan is seriously the best with our pups. Having Australian Shepherds makes it a tad bit hard due to their hyper active personalities, but she never disappoints with being amazing! Even with fireworks and them being scared, she takes the best care possible!
Megan was great! She responded to my request the same day, arrived early to make sure we had enough time to get to the airport, and took great care of our very energetic pup and rabbits. She provided us updates and a picture of our dog while we were gone. I came home to a tidy house and a happy well exercised dog. I definitely recommend Megan to anyone looking for a fantastic sitter!

A typical day
I love parks throughout Louisville including the trails of Anchorage. I love throwing ball and running with active dogs as well as resting in the sun and shade with sleepy dogs. If you'd like I love giving dogs baths and a good brushing! I can even help straighten up for those living among shedders!
