Im a homeschooling mom so I’m super flexible with my schedule and with the animals I care for. I love dogs and I love to be outside so it’s a great match! I can also drop in on your pet while you’re at work or on a vacation and make sure they are ok. I’m honest and trustworthy and I’m glad to have the opportunity to spend more time with animals. I don’t mind jumpy dogs or barking dogs, so don’t feel pressure to have them on their best behavior. I have a fenced in yard so if we’re boarding your dog you can be assured they will be kept safely on our property. I’m highly responsible and am always on time!

I do require that your animal is known to be safe around children, as I have two kiddos. If your animal cry’s or barks incessantly while left in a crate, that may be a problem, but it would also depend on the length of their stay, so we can talk specifics. I am a sucker for pit bulls who are sweethearts (most are!), and am willing to take non-aggressive “bully-breeds”.
A typical day
I live next to a large pond with an over 1 mile wooded trail that goes around it. That’s always a favorite for walks! I also have plenty of dog parks in my area, sidewalks roads, etc. I have a mostly fenced in yard, but we are outside a LOT with the kids so your animal will always be supervised while outside. We are all suckers for animals that like to snuggle on our laps...so that will happen if they would like to:) but we’re also low-key and quiet people, so your animals’ stay will be a little retreat.
