I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager and have watched dogs of family and friends in their homes and in my own home. I have over 7 years of pet care experience (over 10 if you count my own pets). I worked for 2.5 years at veterinary hospital/boarding facility where I would feed and walk dogs as well as work as a veterinary assistant. As a veterinary assistant, I would hold dogs of all ages and sizes for procedures do nail trims on occasion and administer medication. I also worked for 5 years at a specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. I have exposure to working with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes- from small dogs to large to extra large dogs. I have walked them all. I am available during the day every day of the week and on most weekends. I have also experience working with special needs pets, as I had a dog with a severe heart condition who needed extra care and attention. I also have experience with dogs with anxiety.
