Pet care experience
Hello my name is Megan Gilbert, I am a full time online college student. I currently live in Dallas with my fur babies, a dog and cat, as well as a roommate. I have lived with animals all my life and have loved meeting and experiencing all the animals that I have come across. In my future I plan to study veterinary medicine since caring for animals has been a huge part of who I am today. I have volunteered at local and non-local animals shelters to help each animal attain a better life and find their forever home. I have been an athlete for years and have continued to keep a healthy running and walking regimen during my free time, and have no problem keeping up with the active personalities of each animal.

This was my first time having a dog sitter for my Bella. Megan offered to do a meet & greet before my trip & I really appreciated that. She was also great with communication & did an awesome job of taking care of my high energy pit bull. I had complete peace of mind while I was away, knowing that Bella was in good hands. I will definitely be asking Megan to sit for me again in the future & would recommend her to anyone.
This was my first experience with Rover. Megan did a great job caring for my dogs. I didn’t want to board my 15 y/o yellow lab because oof her health problems. Megan cared for my Lucy very well. Megan was responsive to my messages and let me know of any problems, thankfully nothing serious. I would highly recommend her services.

A typical day
Walks will be around the neighborhood, and at local parks. Activities will be throwing a ball in the back yard, playing tug-a-war, and going to the dog park (if accepted by owner).

I currently am unemployed, so I have plenty of time to relax and play with your furry friends. Taking walks around the neighborhood is also a must do!
