I have found fulfillment in pet sitting for six years. I am certified in cat and dog first aid through the Red Cross. I have cared for a variety of pets including reptiles, fish, frogs, turtles, guinea pigs.

We needed someone to drop in last minute and Megan was happy to do so! I was stressing out and her responding so quickly put my mind at ease! She did everything we asked and made sure they were safe! :)
Megan loves, respects, and is good with animals. They know it and LOVE her back! My dog Nico squeals with excitement when she comes! Megan offers a calm, loving presence as she carefully observes my pet's behaviors and anticipates their needs/desires. She helps them have good manners, while only using positive reinforcement and gentle redirection as needed. I completely trust Megan with my dog & cat AND with my home. In the past, she also cared for my guinea pigs. I recommend her without hesitation!!!
Megan was great with my corgi and was always willing to help. Kingsley had knee surgery and the vet suggested an extra set of hands for his post-op physical therapy. Megan was patient with Kingsley and always focused on making her visits a positive experience for him. She was understanding of his body language and was happy to adapt to what he needed during his recovery. She communicated well with me and worked around my schedule.

I have a very patient and calm personality to help even the most shy or excitable of pets. My reactive dog experience helps me stand out on Rover. I have a reactive dog of my own and have cared for a few. I respect dog communication and do my best to manage/prevent situations that are known to cause stress. A service that I am excited to offer is cycling with dogs, priced as a dog walk. The dog is attached to a Bike Tow Leash. It is designed for all sizes of dogs. I monitor the dog's willingness to walk/run attached to the bike and slowly increase the duration of exercise. I will have other alternative enrichment activities if cycling is not a good fit for your dog.

A typical day
My typical day includes caring for each pet individually upon owners request. I am most comfortable caring for your dog around your home. I am willing to include enrichment activities (cycling, sniffari's, low impact agility) in your pets care.

I petsit in my free time. My most available time is on weekends. However, I also can visit your pet weekday mornings and evenings. I will do my best to accommodate your pets routine.
