Pet care experience
We are an animal family! I have and have cared for dogs, cats, birds and small animals for 30 plus years. My love for animals began at a young age when we adopted our first puppy. That love has grown exponentially from there! I grew up with a dog and a parrot (which is almost as old as me!). Neighbors and friends would always ask me to watch their pets while away and I happily helped them out. Now we have two happy, healthy, best friend doggies and a fluffy, sweet little chinchilla. I'm happy to take care of puppies and dogs with special needs or dietary requirements. I will always respect your instructions and wishes as the dog owner and make your pups stay happy, safe and healthy!

Megan was AMAZING for our 8 month old Beabull! She was patient with her hyperactive puppy self. My children loved getting pictures from Megan during Ruby's stay while she was gone. Ruby played with Miss Megan's 2 sweet dogs, waded in the pond, went to the dog park, and enjoyed lots of walks and toys! We are already ready to book Megan again for the rest of our needs this Summer.?
Megan was very responsive to messages and sent regular updates on my dog, Scotch. She took good care of him, and Scotch seemed to have enjoyed his stay at her home.
Megan was great with our dog! She was very responsive and sent lots of pictures. Our dog had a ton of fun playing with her dogs and at the dog park. Would recommend!
Megan is a dependable dog and pet sitter who obviously cares very deeply for her charges. She goes above and beyond to be sure my dog is comfortable and her needs are met. I always come home to a relaxed and happy pup. She also watches my parrot who is picky about who handles him. She has earned his trust and he welcomes her visits.

Our days are filled with long walks as we live on 30 acres of land. If your dog loves walks, then they will love to explore with us!! We leash walk our dogs for safety. Also, 3-4 times throughout the week, we go to the dog park close to our home so our pups can play and run with other pups. Your dog(s) are welcome to join us for trips to the dog park as well - just let me know your preference. We'll respect your wishes no matter what. If it's warm out, and you have a dog that loves the water, then they will love to swim in one of our three ponds. Our dogs don't swim, but they love to wade into the water and watch the fish. Rest assured we will ALWAYS keep a close eye on your doggies while they are outside, no matter what they are doing. Inside, we have a one story, open plan home where your dog(s) are free to play, sleep and snuggle with us wherever they are most comfortable. Our dogs are couch and bed dogs, so if yours are too, they can join us there!! If your dog(s) are crate trained, we have plenty of room to accommodate that. We have plenty of quiet space for your pup to feel comfortable and make themselves at home.

A typical day
Molly wakes me up early for her morning walk. Maisey likes to sleep in, but she'll wake up as soon as she hears the leashes. We go for a nice early morning walk and then go in for breakfast. Mid morning, we go out to play and for a potty break. We throw a ball or Frisbee for fun. Molly and Maisey love to explore and sniff, so i give them plenty of time for that too. After lunch we go out for a potty break. The pups usually sleep for a while in the afternoon. Then, before dinner, we either go for a long walk or to the dog park. After we get back, it's time for dinner. The pups have some quiet time after running around and then settle in for bed later in the evening. We go for one or two more potty walks in the evening depending on how much water they drink after their walk.

I work from home!!! This seemed like an ideal time to offer pet sitting because I can offer care all day! We are never gone but for a few hours at a time.
