Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Megan and I am a homemaker and self-employed artist in Trenton, Ohio! In these hard times, I am looking to help pet owners make their lives a little bit easier. I have plenty of experience in animal care including a vast background in fostering, volunteering, and working in animal boarding and medicine. In addition to the medicinal background, I have extensive knowledge about sanitization. I am comfortable with breeds of all sizes and “aggressiveness”. I have flexible hours if you are near my home. Medications and special needs can be easily provided. As mentioned before, I have dealt with fostering animals. This includes but is not limited to the blind, deaf, medication dependents, special diets, and many more. I have experience with cats, rabbits, birds, pigs, snakes, chameleons, and some other exotics.

Megan watched our dog and cat for a week while we were on vacation, she is a very responsible young lady and I would definitely recommend her. Megan is going to school to be a Vet Tech so that is a plus as well. She interacted with our neighbors while walking our dog and a few of them are interested in using her now as well. Currently I have two dogs and four cats in my house, all of which are rescues. My yard is fenced in and even my escape-artist husky hasn’t figured out how to sneak out. I prefer to come house-sit for an animal—however my dogs are both very sweet and love play dates.

I have no breed preferences. I have worked with just about every breed of dog, cat, and other exotic pets. In the past, I’ve worked with fosters who needed special care or training. I’m also willing to offer some services regarding training if necessary! Leash walking, sitting on command, laying down, or continuing any house training you are already working on.
A typical day
I am comfortable with taking your dog for a walk around your area since that is what he/she is most used to. In a case where you wouldn’t want me to do that, I am also open to taking your dog to a park or around my area.
