Pet care experience
HI! I'm Megan and I am an absolute animal lover who has had a pet dog or cat my entire life. I can't imagine my life without them. That being said, I know how stressful it can be to find a trustworthy place or person to take care of your pets, and I would love to help make your life easier (and earn your trust in the process)! I love playing with animals, especially taking them for runs (I’m an avid runner myself) or walks and playing fetch! Personally, I have 2 cats (Daisy and Kihei) and a dog (Choge; vizsla) who I love unconditionally! I will go out of my way to provide the best care to your pet(s). So far, I haven't found a dog that doesn't like me or vice versa. I love learning about each animal's different quirks, personalities, favorite toys, etc. so please tell me about them! I can't wait to hear from you and meet your furbabies!

If there were more stars to leave for Megan I would. Our rabbit and 20 year old cat were so well taken care of when we returned. They were so chill too, though we had been away.
Megan is absolutely fantastic!! She watched our cats, Belle and Scout, while we were on vacation. Each day we received text message updates and pictures. Megan is reliable, kind-hearted and genuinely cares about the well-being of our pets. My husband and I were apprehensive leaving them, but Megan made the experience so pleasant-we trust her completely! We will definitely be reaching out to Rover, and Megan, the next time we go away!
Megan was great with taking care of our cat when we were away. Loves her updates and our cat seemed very content when we got back.
Megan did a great job. Stopped by our place prior to us leaving to go over everything. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Felt incredibly safe leaving our pets to be cared for by her during our trip.

Primarily, I do drop in visits however have done house sitting/overnight stud in the past. During drop in visits, I will follow any specific instructions provided and spend the entire time focused on giving your pet the best care!
Information Megan F. would like to know about your pet
Important information would include the basics fort and foremost (feeding frequency/amount, water bowls, potty times, treats, etc). In addition, having their vet information is important to me in order to be prepared in the case of an emergency. I’d also love to know any commands he/she knows!
A typical day
Dogs: I can take your dog on as long or short a walk or run as you would like! Just let me know how much exercise or how many walks you want them to have. If there are normal routes you take them on, would love to know that too. Happy to help reinforce any training as well! Let me know what your dog likes! Cats: I will make sure the litterbox is always clean and make sure to save some time for play if your kitty(s) are interested. For safety reasons, I will not let cats outside during my "sitting", even if that is the norm.

I currently work as a home care physical therapist traveling to patients homes. I have the flexibility to create my own schedule and therefore am able to structure my day for pet visits as needed!
