I have been pet sitting since a young girl. Dogs of all sizes and cats as well. I even worked in a pet boarding facility for a few years. I am all about engaging with the pet and giving it lots of love and belly rubs! I believe each pets personality needs to be considered when playing and giving the right care. I have had large dogs my whole life. So I am familiar with walk/handling them. Training was a big factor since we rescued all of our pets. Some had been abused and that took a lot of love and dedication to help them become the best pets we’ve ever had! Also had a few cats that were so loving and we all know cats like to do their own thing!
