My name is Megan Rae and I am in the Jacksonville area in Neptune Beach. Originally from Pensacola, FL I have had dogs in my life since I was 3 years old. My first dog was Sparkey the Springier Spaniel, in middle school we found Oscar the Miniature Schnauzer, then in college my mom rescued Jethro our Blue Tick Coon Hound. While in college I raised and trained a Mini Shnauzer Meeko. After college my sister and I rescued Barley, her German Short Haired pointer followed up by Cooper 2 years later who is a wired haired GSP, and now Hops who was another stray that found his way into our family 💕 I found my pur-fect kitten Shanti during one of my many Kitten Around Yoga classes that I used to lead. These classes were filled with rescued kittens and cats from a local shelter so that students could get to know the kittens while practicing yoga. As you can gather I really adore being around animals. So much so that I have taken on pet sitting jobs since middle school. Whether it was dropping in to check on someone's pets, or staying over night with them I have gotten along with all breeds of cats and dogs of all ages.
