Pet care experience
My mission is to love and care for your pets as if they were my own. To not only create a stress free experience, but also to enrich them mentally, physically, and emotionally. I have a passion for dog training (and kitties too!) and am currently working on agility with my own dog. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and force free training methods. I would be happy to help with basic manners with your pups during my visits. I have over 10 years of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes, which includes dogs, cats, horses, chickens, turtles, fish, and rabbits. I am very versatile and can take care of all your of your pets’ needs!

I've written other reviews about Megan, detailing how good she is with our pets, and how dependable she is. This booking was no different in that respect, but she went above and beyond when the door's keypad battery began failing and she had trouble getting in. Despite us being unresponsive to her message, she kept trying and was eventually able to enter. Later we worked out the details of other ways she could get in. We truly appreciate Megan's diligence and dependability.
Megan is always dependable, and our cats and dogs love her. She takes the time to play with all of them, making sure they're happy, fed, and had their breaks.
Megan did a drop in check on my dog and was great! She was on time and communicated well and took great care of my dog! I’d definitely hire her again.
This was our third time to have Megan take care of our dog and cats. She's great with them, they love her, and she's always on time. Our dog is getting older and needs some medication and special treatment, and she handled that perfectly. Would definitely ask her to sit for us again.

I am happy to take your pets on walks, play with toys with them, feed them, scoop kitty litter, and let them outside for potty breaks. If your dog or cat enjoys cuddles like my boy does, I will shower them with affection. Whatever it is you need for your sweet pets I’ll gladly provide. I make sure to incorporate lots of play time to mentally and physically tire your dogs and kitties so they can relax while you are away.

Let me know if your dog has any anxieties that I can accommodate ie. thunder, fireworks, being left alone. Also, please let me know how your dog typically interacts with other dogs and cats. Does your dog have a bite history or any reactivity issues?
A typical day
Firstly, I will follow whatever instructions you leave me. Typically for dogs I let them out to potty first, then feed them, then we play together for the remaining time. We would play lots of fetch, tug, and games that are mentally stimulating. I make sure to provide physical exercise as well as mental enrichment to satisfy your dog. I like to give dogs plenty of opportunities run, play, and use their nose while we are together. For cats, I will follow your instructions, and then with whatever remaining time we have I will play with them or pet them depending on how your kitty is feeling that day.

Availability
I work from home part time so my schedule is flexible. I can dedicate whatever time you need for your beloved fur babies. I have the most availability on Thursdays through Saturdays.
