Below are some questions to ponder answering when we have our meet and greet! How much and how often does your pet eat, go outside, go potty? What and how much does your pet eat? How do you deal with good and bad behaviors? If your pet makes a mess, where are supplies to clean? What is the pet's behavior like on a walk? What are their favorite toys and games? What should I do in case of medical emergency? What should I so in case your pet gets out when they’re not supposed to? Does the pet come when called? Do they have a particular place they like to go when they get out, perhaps a neighbour’s yard? Does the pet try to sneak out in any way? It’s good to know so I can keep an eye on it. ;) Is there anything the pet is scared of or reacts to? Is there anything in the house that I need to be aware of? Tricky doors, alarms, weird neighbors, etc. Does your pet require any special social, grooming, or healthcare needs?

Whatever your puppy/kitty wants, your puppy/kitty gets! The activities your pup enjoys will be what we do. If they are easy strollers, we will hit the local parks and neighborhoods for an easy stroll. If they are fetching fiascos, we will get a good round of fetch in. If they are sun loungers, we will bask in the sun. You get the idea. I like to keep your dog's activities fairly consistent with what you've been creating for them already. I feel keeping things consistent and familiar honors your pups emotions best when they are missing you. I like to be considered the "fill-in mommy" and not the "crazy aunt." No creating new bad habits here!
