Pet care experience
I currently have one dog who is 5 1/2 years and a cat who is 12 years. I have raised, loved, spoiled, and trained them both since they were 2 months old. Animals are something I have always been passionate about and I love spending time with mine, and would love to take care of yours! I currently work in sales but partially from home, and am only available full-time on the weekends and in the evenings. I have a fenced in backyard, take my dog for walks daily, and also to the dog park 2-3 times weekly. My dog is extremely sweet and shy at first but loves to be around all other dogs. She is 5 1/2 years old, but with lots of energy so she loves be outside and socialize. My roommate also has two dogs so it’s a bit of a full-house for sitting, but I am happy to come to your place and take care of your fur babies!

Megan came through on short notice and was the perfect sitter. I have a high maintenance, high energy dog who requires medication 2x per day, and Megan handled her like a pro. She sent plenty of pics/videos and was very flexible with my schedule. Cora had her great time with Megan and her dog, and came back happy and well exercised.

A happy dog is the most fulfilling feeling, bc my pup is my baby! Getting my dog outside and stimulating her daily is a priority for me, and I treat any dog in my care as if it were my own. My cat is a little older and loves to sleep and sunbathe so she doesn’t require much, but I have fostered and cared for many cats as well!

Any specific triggers or things that your dog does not like, i.e. if they are toy or food aggressive or have a habit of chewing certain things. No breed preferences, I love all dogs!
A typical day
I walk my dog around my neighborhood daily, which is surrounded by lakes on both sides with nice walking trails. I also take my dog to the dog park 2-3 times per week. I have a large fenced in backyard, with ample space to run and play and explore.

Availability
I work full-time, usually 1-2 days from home and my schedule is flexible. Always free in the evenings and on weekends. Whether you just need someone to walk your pup, give them a little TLC, stay with them full-time while you’re gone, or drop in to feed, I am happy to help! I live in Bushwick, but can commute around easily as I have a car.
