I am the biggest animal lover you will meet! In addition to owning dogs and cats my entire life, I have been pet sitting for over 15 years. Some of my own dogs have been easy, but some have been very challenging. I think this experience has made me well-rounded and understanding that every animal is unique. No matter what pet I am caring for, I always treat them as my own. I love being active outdoors, and dogs are the perfect companion! I am an avid hiker and jogger, and love to take pups along (with their owners permission). I have cared for up to 7 dogs at once, so multiple pets are no problem - the more the merrier! I am more than happy to care for dogs with some behavioral issues, and I do not have any breed restrictions. The only restriction I have is with human aggression; I will not care for a dog that has a human bite history just for my own personal safety. I have experience giving medications, including insulin shots, and I have administered an IV in an emergency situation. I also enjoy making dog treats!! Note: I do work full-time during the week, so please keep that plus travel time in mind when requesting a booking. Also, I almost always have clients that I do dog walking or pop-in visits for on the weekends. This may require me to run out for short periods of times during the day on weekends.
