Hello, I'm Megan! I only take a few dogs at a time, so your pup gets lots of attention, multiple potty breaks, and plenty of love. I offer enrichment items like puzzle toys and peanut butter filled Kongs, and I’m happy to do some foundation training if requested. Your dog will be treated like family here!

During their stay, your dog will enjoy a calm, home based environment with plenty of individual attention. I have a friendly adult dog and a playful puppy, and depending on your dog’s size and personality, they may enjoy supervised playtime together. If your pup prefers space or solitude, I’m happy to keep them separate to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can sniff, explore, and stretch their legs. All outdoor time is supervised, and off leash play is earned gradually based on each dog’s behavior and recall. Safety is always my top priority. I also use long lines when needed to give dogs freedom while keeping them secure. I’m happy to follow any special diets, feeding routines, or allergy related needs your dog may have. Just let me know what keeps them healthy and happy!

Whether they prefer a quiet space to relax, love being in the middle of the action, or need a little extra management or separation from others, I’ll make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and happy.
A typical day
A Day in the Life at My Home Your pup’s day here is all about comfort, fun, and enrichment! We start the morning with a potty break and some fresh air, followed by breakfast and a little playtime to burn off that early energy. Throughout the day, your dog will enjoy multiple potty breaks, relaxed hangout time, and lots of one on one attention. We rotate between play sessions (think tug, fetch, or toy time), puzzle toys and Kongs for mental stimulation, and optional short training sessions focused on basic manners or foundation skills. Always gentle and reward based. Midday often includes a cozy nap while I am nearby, with extra pets and snuggles sprinkled in. Evenings wind down with another potty break, a bit more play or training, and a calm atmosphere to help your pup settle in. I’m happy to tailor the day to match your pup’s energy level, routine, and comfort needs.

Megan was amazing in every way. We have never owned a dog until Rainey. Rainey is extremely sweet and loving but really standoffish with people that she isn't around a lot. She has never been without Amy and I more than 2 days. Megan put us at ease in every way. Rainey fell in love with her and Dwight (one of her pups). We absolutely indorse and suggest Megan for up pup. This is what she does for a living. Huge difference!
Megan has become my most invaluable resource! Theres honestly no one else that I trust more with my dogs than her. She's an endless wealth of knowledge and has a rare, true passion and gift for understanding animals. She's been so accommodating and flexible and relieved a ton of stress by providing a wonderful daycare/boarding for my boys.
Megan is amazing! Will completely make sure the situation fits both your pet and her offerings. She was great with our pup, who is stand-offish with people but loves other dogs. Within a couple of hours, or less we had pictures of Rainey loving her. Absoutley loved it!
