My name is Megan and I recently moved from Hawaii here to New York and have been doing Rover for a year but have many years experience of dog/cat sitting (+human children too) for friends and family. It has made transitions to new places of living a little easier so I'm very thankful to Rover. I have 2 1/2 years experience of working as a vet assistant trained as a technician in a specialty and emergency vet clinic and life long experience of caring for dogs and cats - all sizes, ages, and breeds. I am capable of administering [oral and injectable] medications, performing physical therapy as instructed by a vet, neonatal care, hospice care, and any other special needs your fur baby may have. If your dog needs to go on runs, I'd love to take them! Cat needs to be socialized and played with? I love it! I am available for day-care and boarding at all times as I work from home and am home nearly 24/7. My fiancé John lives with me and he will be present for meet and greets and will assist me with care for your fur babies as well. We treat your babies as our babies. We love having our pups on the couch and bed with us and believe dogs are truly a part of the family. I have my own fur children: Finn- 2 yr old male (neutered) Border Collie/Terrier mix, Rey - 5 month old female (spayed) Pyrenees mix, and a 2 yr old female (spayed) sassy siamese mix who has her own seperate space as an escape from the dogs should she need it.
