I live in a very heavily wooded area, ticks are very prevalent, please be sure you are up to date on flea/tick prevenative. I Seresto products on my own animals. Does your dog have any allergies? Are they up to date on their Rabies shot? Is your dog afraid of anything? Are they allergic to anything? Is your dog potty trained? Crate trained? Do they know any commands that may be useful? Dogs of all types are welcome here. Ruger gets along with every dog he has met.

We have a private trail & campsite on our 7 acres and a very quiet dirt road that we walk daily. Walks are usually a mile of 2 depending on the weather. We occasionally go for walks along the river and go swimming or we go for a ride to the barn to visit the horses (not to close) and go for a long walk. All walks are LEASHED walks. We also have a lot of fun indoor enrichment games for rainy days and my four year old lab loves to play! In addition to lots play time and walks, dogs will be treated to homemade doggy ice cream, homemade chicken bone broth and farm fresh eggs with the owners permission. We have ducks and chickens on site (kept separate from the dogs at all times). Crates can be provided and utilized over night per the owners permission/request. Otherwise we have a couch and multiple beds for the dogs to relax. Bedding/crates may also be provided by owners. My husband and I both work from home full time so dogs will rarely, if ever, be left unattended and never for more than 3 hours. Extended stays welcome!! In case of an emergency, we have a vet less than 1 mile down the road (New Horizons).
