Hi! I'm Meg and I'm here to take care of your doggos (and kitties too)! I've had two wonderful dogs in my life, and since then I've been working with a local rescue as a foster parent for dogs, many of whom were neglected or abused. I have experience with large dogs, particularly those in the “pit bull” group of breeds, but I love small puppers just as much! I've learned how to adapt to different dogs’ needs and temperaments, including giving medicine, reading body language, and working on leash walking skills. I’m currently doing pet care full time, so I am available to be home with your furry family member all day! For those interested in boarding with me, my apartment building has it's own dog park where your pup can play and socialize, or we can take a walk around my neighborhood to check out all the sights and sounds. I also have cat-sitting experience, and am willing to take on kitties either alone or with their dog sibling. If you would like me to sit your pet in your home, I’m happy to work with you. I treat your home with utmost care, and my intention is always to leave it looking as though I was never there. I am also happy to do other housesitting tasks, like watering plants, checking mail, and taking garbage cans out/in from the curb.
