To qualify the witness, I have known Meg for (gasp!) 20 years, since we were college students together (at the time, she had an illegal rabbit in her dorm room). She has had pets almost continuously since then, although for the past 15 years, she has stuck exclusively to dogs. Both she and her son are very active - getting out of the house for activities around the city, going to parks, and other family and pet friendly places. Her son is extraordinarily good with animals (I have two cats, one of whom is generally afraid of humans but will curl up with Meg's son), and has been since he was a small child. Meg's dog is a little ball of fluffy love - good with both humans (total lap dog) and other dogs. If you have rules, Meg will follow them, but she will make sure that your furkid has a good time and is well loved. You really couldn't pick a better person to take care of your baby.
