Pet care experience
I recently had the opportunity to move to the city from Washington, DC. However, in my last living situation I had the joy of a third furry roommate. I'm having major dog withdrawal and would love the opportunity to take care of or play with your doggie! I have had at least one dog all my life (Beagle, Jack Russell, German Shepherd). Unfortunately, I am not at the point in my life to have my own.

Meg was amazing! She understood Mogley's needs and was attentive when he wanted attention and gave him his space when he was needing his alone time. I would highly recommend her for any dog with separation issues- Mogley is not an easy customer
Meg was fabulous. She asked if I wanted to meet her in advance, which I did, and so she came over and met Luca and we spent some time getting to know each other. A week later she sat for Luca for a long weekend and she took care of everything just as we discussed. I highly recommend Meg if you need a dog sitter. She's trustworthy, smart, and terrific.
Meg was wonderful! She was prompt in responding and showed up on time. She took great care of my puppy and sent us updates on how he was doing. I would definitely recommend Meg and look forward to using her services again in the future.

I would need to know the dog's level of interaction with other pets, if he/she is comfortable around others dogs. One of my favorite parts of dog sitting is being able to take them to a dog park. However, I am here to make your life easier, and I can always accommodate you and your dog's needs. Also, I would need to know household rules- if certain furniture if off limits to pets, rules on table food, etc.
A typical day
Depending on the location of your residence, I can tailor my walking paths to you! I want to make your dog as comfortable as possible and not change the daily routine too vastly. My apartment is very close to Central Park and one of my favorite aspects of moving to NYC is the amount of walking I have been able to do! So let me know your preferences and I can tailor my pet sitting style to you and your dog. Also, I love taking pictures of dogs and to make my clients comfortable, I am willing to take photos with daily updates on the activities of the day.
