Hello - welcome to our page. My name is Megan and my partner's name is Agnes. We live in the North End neighborhood of Halifax and frequent the streets and parks with our little guy, Bear. He is a 3year old Maltese yorkie mix - lots of playful energy matched with a cuddly compassionate side. He is super friendly with people and well socialized with dogs of his similar size (8 - 30lb). However, can be a bit nervous on first meeting or in new settings, we ask to meet you and your pup briefly before commitment to ensure everyone's comfort. I have taken care of dogs since I was a child - I had my family dogs but my friends and neighbors also relied on me as their pet sitter/walker. To this day I am always welcoming new dogs who need sitters. I currently work from home as a free lancer - I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to work with you and your pups. My partner has a rotating schedule and will also be taking care of your dog. This means there will always be someone home with your doggie. We live in a house in a great neighborhood with lots of areas to walk in and parks to walk to. We don't have a fenced yard, though there is a small closed in deck they can roam in the summer while I sit out there. We have scheduled walks and feeding time, but playtime is almost always with our dog. We do request that we arrange a short meet up with your pup before we approve.
