My entire family is a bunch of dog lovers. Two of my aunts each have five dogs. One of My sisters has seven dogs. I grew up with dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and birds. I have a fur baby of my own he is my only son but sadly he is in Ohio right now he has to go through the one hundred and twenty day quarantine before he’s able to be on the island with me. I was also a vet tech. I want to go back to school to be a vet as a career. But I’m the meantime I would love to take care of your beautiful fur babies! I love animals and will care for them With all of my love

Unfortunately this will be a negative review. Advertised no kids in the home, which was not true. Advertised no other pets in the home, also not true. Kept my dog locked in a cage, which was NOT part of the deal... then made me pay for it when he broke out. All this with sh*tty messages while I was setting up and attending a funeral. Added significantly to the stress of an already stressful trip. Matson is not a bad person... but she had too many irons in the fire and that showed in the service. For the $$ I spent I expected my dogs to be cared for better.
I will not be booking with Mayson again. The house was filthy and smelled. There were several other animals there as well. When I picked-up my dog, she stunk.
I’m just getting around to writing this review months later. The pro were my two dogs were together. The cons were they weren’t the only dogs in the home and when we returned from our vacation to pick them up, my smaller dog was wet and smelled like urine and my bigger dog had a medium size scratch on his nose. The house was crowded with other dogs and messy and i’m sure my dogs didn’t receive great care. They both smelled and were filthy.
I confirmed our reservation with Mayson a few days before, but when I arrived at her house at 7:55 am (drop off time 8am) she did not answer the door after 10 minutes of bell ringing and loud knocking. I tried texting and calling her phone but still no answer! After calling your 24/7 help line to get answers and help, Mayson finally came stumbling out of her house, obviously having just awakened. I was already agitated but more so when she opened her door. My wife and I were both appalled and disgusted at how dirty her house was! Her floor was covered with little bits of trash and her house STUNK! If I didn't have an appointment to go to, I would not have left my dog there. Needless to say, we felt very uneasy after leaving our sweetheart there. The look on Zoey's face as we left Mayson's house said it all. She was trying to get out the door with a very worried look on her face! Although Mayson was very nice and polite, we will not be taking Zoey there again.
