My wife and I are so glad to have found Mayra. This was our first time using Rover, so we did have get used to the idea of a stranger taking care of our fur baby. But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family. I will definitely use her services again!
