I’ve taken care of cats primarily but I love dogs as well! I often frequented the cat cafe in Seattle as well as the one in Bellingham. I previously had a neighbor cat come into my home and I took care of him giving him water and food whenever he came by. I also worked as a direct support professional, providing care for people with disabilities, and my clients often had pets that I took care of as well, sometimes administering medication for them and playing with them when there was time.

Maya was great. She watched my 1 year old Husky and my 6 year old Persian cat for two weeks and she kept me updated and sent me pictures frequently. I felt comfortable leaving my babies in her care. Definitely will be booking with her again.
Maya is a wonderful sitter, she watched over my two miniature pinschers, Rex and Riley, and was very patient and playful with them. They are quite rowdy boys! Thank you Maya!
Maya is a diligent worker and is great at taking care of others. I’ve watched her be responsible for caring for children—which included cooking, entertaining, and enduring their safety, and she did it flawlessly. I have no doubt the skills that Maya gained through caretaking will support her in her new role as a responsible dog caregiver.

I live with my parents so caring for pets in my own home is not an option. I will care for pets in the clients home by making sure they are comfortable with me and utilizing all of the resources in their home to care for their pet, such as toys, food, open yard space or walking routine, etc.

Please let me know if the pt has any special needs, medications to take and any know allergies. I would also like to know, specifically for dogs, if it is friendly, a loud barker, or has any sensitivity to noises or smells! I have had bad experiences with owners in the past not informing of their pets behaviors and I will not work with aggressive dogs/cats, or any pets with behavioral issues.
A typical day
I’ll play with pets using their toys, give them lots of pets and attention. I will give them treats for doing tricks like stay, or roll over. I will also be sure to take them outside if that’s what they like and on walks if needed. Overall I will give them as much love and care as their owners.
