Pet care experience
Since I was 8 years old , I have done everything from 24hr intensive puppy watch to dog walking + training for neighbors to making homemade treats for friends’ pups! I also have experience with night potty training for litters of puppies at a time as I have fostered in-home for local shelters on more than one occasion.

Maya was fantastic! We have 2 pups who can be difficult to care for as they are skittish of new people. Both warmed up to Maya on day 1 because of her calm and caring manner. Maya communicated throughout our time away and sent us a thorough update with photos about every visit. We will definitely be hiring her again!
Maya has both walked and watched my two large dogs for years and I refuse to hire anyone else. You can tell that she genuinely cares for all animals whether they are her own or not, and I never think twice about putting my own two in her care when I am out of town; they are usually happier when I get back anyway!

While I am not currently able to host pets at my house, I feel comfortable and sure that I can give them the most care and love at the place they call home. I am a firm believer in consistency with behavior patterns/habits, meaning I’m more than happy to play and love on your pet every day, but am able to set safe + clear boundaries with those that may get themselves overly excited/distracted sometimes!

A typical day
During a typical day with me, your dog will enjoy plenty of time outdoors exploring new neighborhoods and maybe even a nearby dog park. I will also utilize any favorite toys and treats they may have and add in some fun play time to work their brain!
