Pet care experience
Currently getting help from James, an 11 month old who is just as in love with dogs as I am! I've been working with dogs since I was younger, helping my mom at a shelter back home. As I matured we opened our house to foster puppies and kittens, and we started to help a spay/neuter/rescue group in our small town. Beyond that, I have two dogs myself: Charlie, a Border Collie-Blue Heeler cross, and Koda, a very handsome Catahoula-Rottweiler mix. While I was away from them (at college) I picked up a job looking after a household of boxers (five beautiful show dogs). I'm very good at communicating, and I would love to help out. Because I am a stay at home mom, my schedule is pretty flexible. I do have a few repeat clients, but I'm very good at working with your schedule.

I want to know what you need me to know. Every dog is different, and what we think is normal as a parent is probably just catered to our dog's personality. So anything you have to tell me, anything you feel is necessary, probably is, even the small things. Probably the most important thing you can tell me is what your dog reacts to (other dogs, squirrels, cats, etc.) so I can be on the lookout.
A typical day
I am very active (although I do have a child with me under 1 year), and respond well to different dogs' energy levels. I am comfortable doing anything from playing fetch in the living room to going on short runs. I know a few good areas in the city for walks, but am completely transparent and willing to listen to your instructions.
