I love to take dogs for long walks, hang out at the park, cuddle on the couch, or playing ball at the park. Whatever your furry friend needs, I can do. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs. I babysit as well so I have a lot of patience and love to give. I am an engineerint masters student at ODU. So I have problem solving skills, determination and dedication. I have a light schedule and just enjoy being with dogs so hanging out with your fur-baby is win-win-win (you, your dog and I). I have the capacity for keeping up with curious puppies and high-energy, big dogs. My priority is safety, fitness and helping meet your schedule cause I know life can be crazy!

Maya is an incredible sitter! She is very confident and knowledgeable with my 92 pound pup. I am normally nervous leaving him with others because he does not do well with other dogs, but Maya put me to ease when we met. She sent frequent updates and pictures throughout her stay with my pup, which was very nice for a nervous mom :) thank you Maya for keeping my big boy happy and taking care of him so well!
Maya was great. She helped me out with a last min dog watching while I was passing through Raliegh on a camping/biking/paddling road trip. I had an appointment and no cool place for Cieba to hang out. With less than 2hrs notice, Maya went out of her way to meet me in the parking lot and took Ceiba on a long walk. Much needed for my energetic dog. She was prompt, great with the pup, and very trustworthy. I would recommend Maya with confidence for anyone who needs dog care.
I am so thankful to have found Maya. My cats took to her caring, patient and trustworthy demeanor very quickly and I could tell she really cares about animals. She asked questions about their health and preferences so she had all the information to keep them safe and having fun. She gave them attention, kept the house clean, was always on time and updated me appropriately so I didn't have to worry about my cats when I was on travel. A typical day
I love to go to Sandy Bottom park, Newport News, and the trails at Nolan Trail. Playing fetch and playing tug-of-war are classic go-tos. I will make sure to ask what are your pet's favorite activities and try to mimic your schedule so they feel more comfortable.
