Although I spent the last 7 years raising a bunny (whom has sadly crossed the rainbow bridge), I also had a childhood dog when I was younger, and have dog sat for many different family friends. They are mostly smaller breeds, but I am very comfortable with larger dogs as well! I also have experience watching blind dogs, and overall feel very comfortable with all types of dogs as I genuinely just love getting to spend time and build trust with people’s pets! I also have watched over friends’ cats which I also equally love. I understand our pets are one in the same to human family members and deserve the same type of respect & treatment! I work part time, so my schedule remains very open. I don’t have fixed hours, but I usually won’t be working any more than 2-3 shifts a week which leaves me with a lot of open days and afternoons after a shift ends. I have my own car which I am glad to use to transport your pets in! I am very collaborative with the pets i work with and as much as I recognize that I am in charge when you are not present, I will provide your pet with the respect, patience, trust, and understanding that they deserve when we are working together and building a bond :) I recognize all pets no matter what breed of animal as an equal member to all families and I can assure you that I will be very attentive to your pet’s care and any needs they may have. I have an extremely high threshold for patience, and animals naturally warm up to me very quickly if they seem timid at first! I am all about the animals comfort and having them understand that I am simply an extension of the love you have for them! Pets trust that their owner’s would never put them in harms way and I am here to uphold that trust in your furry family members :)
