Pet care experience
I grew up partially responsible for the care of two dogs and now have two cats and three fish tanks. I’m responsible for the care of all my pets and I understand how scary it can be to trust a stranger with your furry loved ones.

Maxwell was terrific. With us having four house cats he had his work cut out for him and he did a great job and the cats really liked him. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!
We have never had such attention to details as we did with Maxwell! His visits were thorough with a great explanation as to who our cats were doing! You can really feel that Maxwell is an animal person. He’s summaries and photos were full of warmth and even funny at times. Do yourself a favour and book Maxwell during your next vacation. You won’t ever worry about how your furry friends are doing whilst Maxwell is on the job! Above and beyond!

Maxwell is a fabulous sitter! We had him check on our cat and at each check in he would give me a very detailed update on how the cat was doing. He was very attentive to our cats needs including recognizing mats starting to form and offering to help maintain those until we were back. He could tell that our cat was lonely and missing us so he spent plenty of time helping to comfort him. Thank you Maxwell for being there for Falkor!

I will follow any instructions you give me no matter how “silly” they sound. All animals are individuals with their own unique needs and preferences! I’m comfortable giving medication, or attending to any other special needs. I will give your pets the same care and attention I would give my own, and nothing less! As a personal policy, I generally DO NOT accept bookings with visits spaced greater than 24 hours apart.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, even something as simple as a grass allergy. I’d like to know any routines you and your pet have so I can stick to them and make the experience as low stress as possible.
A typical day
I think all pets should get a good amount of mental and physical stimulation every day. Walks aren’t just a good way for a dog to burn some physical energy, but also a way for them to use their mental energy smelling new smells, and playing.

I’m a college student (online), so my schedule is quite flexible. I prefer to do my out and about activities during the day, but I am available most evenings.
