Pet care experience
I took care of my elderly Pitbull and two kittens for years, as well as house sitting for a neighbor who had two dogs and six cats! I adore animals of all kind and care for them with a calm and assured nature. I have one big orange cat at this time, he’s a Norwegian forrest cat mix and I’ve had him for ten years!

I have been around all kinds of dogs such as incredibly excitable, anxious, easy going, elderly and dogs that are still being trained. I take a calm but friendly approach with each one to assess their behaviors, and I like knowing their backgrounds to act accordingly. Keeping up with the owners typical schedule and rules for their pup is incredibly important to me.
Information Maxim X. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know if your pet has anxiety, to accommodate that when out walking or in the home. Please let me know if they have any spots they don’t like being pet, if they get along with people, other dogs or neighborhood cats, or if loud sounds/cars get them riled up, and what phrases you typically use to soothe their behavior. Any specific allergies or skin/health conditions that require extra care? How many treats are the allotted a day, their typical walking times and their daily schedule?
A typical day
Most dogs have a lot of energy, so I like to play fetch with them and go to parks or the dog park if they don’t mind other dogs. A few spots I love around Ithaca are the Mulholland Wildflower Preserve, Buttermilk falls, Robert Treman State Park, Monkey Run, and the Casspark trailhead.

Availability
I currently go to college full time, with classes in the morning until noon most weekdays. Thursdays I am in class from 9am until 6pm and my weekends are wide open.
