Pet care experience
I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. Growing up, my family preferred small dogs and I've trained them from a puppy to their final days. For the past 10 years I have more experience with larger, higher energy dogs that require more exercise and attention. I have no pets of my own as my work has kept me moving every few years. Rover seems like the next best thing.

I have a fenced in yard with enough space to keep your dog happy between walks. I tend to avoid dog parks unless the owner requests it. I find dogs are happiest when their mind gets exercise as well as their body and I know plenty of games to stimulate both.

I am a PhD student at UMass Dartmouth. I work from home most days and like to break up my day with walks. I would love to have a dog to join me. On the weekends I like to stay active with hikes or trips to the beach.
