Ever since elementary school, I've cared for pets of my own, as well as others. I would walk my neighbors dog, feed their cat, and change his litter box. I had a guinea pig for a few years until my living situation forced me to give her away, and I've also cared for multiple pit bulls and bull dogs that members of my family owned. I currently take care of a three month old Brindle/Bully pit now. I've always loved all kinds of creators, and have come to the realization that, no matter how many legs we have, we all want and need very similar things. Though the necessities of a pet are somewhat simpler, just like a human, dogs, cats, etc. are beings just like us, and they deserve to be treated as such. With the same love, respect, care, and attention you would give a child, or a loved one. They may not be able to communicate in the same ways we can, but if you pay attention and open your heart you can feel what they feel, and I am very passionate about doing so. The wag of a tail, the pant of the breath, the pure happiness of these beautiful creatures truly brings me joy, and I am very grateful for having this opportunity to embrace that.
