Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets all my life. I have two dogs who are part of our family and make everyday just a bit more entertaining. How does one live without a fur baby? I will be more than happy to care for your pet as if they were my own. I have a large yard where they can stretch their legs out and get their doggie wiggles out. Activity in our backyard is highly encouraged. I enjoy walking with my family around the park, neighborhood and activities at the beach with the fur buddies. The more the merrier! If you are looking for a home away from home for your best friend/fur baby then I am the person you are looking for. Summer is here! If you are looking to get away, I can help! Will ensure your pet gets excercise, potty breaks and all the TLC they need. Also have pet wash should service be required for an additional fee! I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs, a GSP and a Dachsund who will love to play with your dog! Crates are welcomed! Summer is a bit more flexible as I am home more and can accomodate boarding on weekends. We have a fenced yard for safety of your pet and allow fur babies to stretch their legs and get their wiggles out. We monitor your pet to see level of activity and see if they require more play time to get all energy out for a nice nap when he or she comes home! Your pet will be monitored and encouraged to take potty breaks every 2 to 4 hours to avoid any mishaps. Water breaks are also highly encouraged especially during high heat warning periods. I have a fenced yard to provide peace of mind to owner and allow your pet to get activity needed. We encourage but monitor dog play for socialization and also encourage play time to get their energy out. Play time would be running around yard, playing ball or tugrope. What a superb experience! Nice friendly people, very communicative and helpful, explaining everything well with obvious compassion and experience. Nice spacious yard for dogs to play in, but my dog also came inside to their loving home.They sent many pictures and updates throughout the stay. The whole family is great including their house dogs who got along great with mine. Highly recommend! Nothing else to possibly ask for, so 6 stars!
I'm always afraid of leaving Lalo anywhere because of his behaviors. I was so used to not seeing him play with almost any dog. My first good impression with Mauricio is that he was willing to do a meet and greet. Lalo did not react to Mauricio or any of his dogs. There was a situation where Lalo wanted to act out aggressively towards the older dog but it was handled calmly. Lalo immediately calmed down and continued exploring. I was amazed and grateful. I left him with no concerns bc I had seen what I needed to see. Lalo returned home in such a calm state and we are happy he had a good time. I'm very appreciative of Mauricio and his daughter who have raised good dogs. Their hard work made a peaceful and fun environment for my Lalo!
My dog didn’t like me after staying with them! I felt bad about it, but I think they lavished him with attention, and there were other dogs to play with, and he liked that more than his typical day at home. Little traitor ?. According to what I was told, Mauricio’s daughter was the main person taking care of the dogs. So, kudos to her for a job well done. Thank you!
Maurcio and his family were a home away from home for our German pointer. She had a great time and was very well taken care of. They consistently notified us with pictures and updates on her well being. It gave us great peace of mind to see her become a part of their pack.

I enjoy being out and about with my furry buddies. A walk or adventure as I call it can be a simple walk around the neighborhood, a walk at the riverbed, a hike or at the dog beach! Your pet will get plenty of excercise as play activity is encouraged in my backyard. Depending on the animal and activity level, I aim for what is best for your little buddy!

Availability
Available most weekends. Please note anything past 6pm is considered an overnight stay and will need to bill for additional evening. Pickup should be between 8 -11am. If pick up and drop off are needed for your pet, we will accomodate within a 5 mile radius. Pictures will be sent in the morning and once again during evening hours.
