My name is Maureen I am 36 years old. I want to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. While your beloved pet is in my care. By protecting them during a walk, or keeping them from feeling lonely while you're out of town. I have done pet sitting for 20 years. I have taken care of different breeds of dogs from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I've also taken care of cats in those 20 years. I am currently serving Norton, Barberton, Wadsworth, Doylestown, New Franklin and other surrounding areas. The animals in my care are treated like they are my own. Big lap dog? No problem. Cats that don't care for people? No problem. What ever I can do to make your pets feel relaxed and comfortable while in my care I will do. I understand the importance of routine,consistency and love. I have 3 cats of my own. 10 year old Max. 10 year old Molly. 8 year old Teyla. Along with a 5 year old dog named Niko. If I am caring for your pet in your home while you are away that includes getting mail, bringing in packages, watering flowers. Staying with a cat includes scooping cat litter boxes. Before first walk or staying in your home to care for you pet. I do require a meet and greet. It gives you and your pet(s) a chance to get to know me. Also it gives me a chance to get to know your pet(s). Meet and Greets are free. Meet and Greets are required no less than 48 hours of start date.

Maureen was excellent in her daily walking of my dog. He has newly become tripawd and gets around very well, but I was nervous leaving him for a week. . He took to Maureen from day 1. She was prompt each day and showed up on time, giving him a good brief walk as requested. I could tell each day from the picture she sent that she took time to pay attention to Jake as he was always snuggled up and content. I highly recommend her and will always use her for any future dog care needs.
Maureen did a wonderful job providing emotional support to our oversized and larger the life dog only a few days after we had to put down our other furry kid. She sent pictures everyday which made my whole family feel much more at ease that he was not alone during this hard time. Definitely recommend her!
I would highly recommend Maureen. My shy boy who is usually reserved with people took to her right away. I could tell she has had years of experience with animals. She’s a natural. Maureen followed our guidelines and sent daily pictures; helping me feel at ease with them in her care. It really helps you enjoy your time away when you know that your animals are safe and well cared for. I will gladly ask for Maureen’s help the next time we need a dog sitter.
Maureen is the definition of an animal lover! She has a wonderful demeanor with animals, especially cats and dogs. Doesn't matter the size or breed, Maureen loves them all. She is one of the VERY few people that I would entrust with my fur babies! I know if they are with her, they are in good hands. Whether it's walking my 55 pound mutt around Silvercreek Metro Park or taking care of my cats at my home while I'm away for the weekend, I know I can count on Maureen to treat my pets with the same love and care that I would myself. She's a wonderful person and a wonderful choice for your pet too!

No dogs with past aggression issues. No breed preference. No size preference. Up-to-date flee treatments. As long as we get along I'm willing to do all sizes.
A typical day
Walks will be around your neighborhood at first. This way I can get to know your dogs walking habits and they can get use to me walking them. If I am staying with your dog they will get at least one walk a day. I believe in fun, play, lots of attention and cuddles.

Pet care fits my schedule perfectly. Really it's currently my only job. So I will not have to leave during a stay. Unless absolutely necessary. I am very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
