I would ask the parents for a complete list and notes of preferences such as: food (brand, amount, how many times a day, whether foods left out all the time or measured), preferred activities, sleeping arrangements, any special toys, treats, any medications or care needed and of course Vet/Dr information!
A typical day
I like to find out from the parents what is the normal routine that the dog enjoys. I then ask them if it would be ok for the dog(s) to explore new or other places. Once I get the ok I will let the dog and parents know where I plan on going and then we can continue to keep the dog active, happy, entertained and SAFE!!!

ANIMALS RULE!!!! ANIMAL LOVER!!!! UR FUR BABIES BFF!!!!!! I have had the pleasure of caring for and being loved, unconditionally, by many wonderful animals. Specifically many dogs throughout the years have warmed my heart and given me endless wet kisses!!! ALL of my fur babies have been and are rescues, though I feel they rescue me! I have had big dogs like Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Huskies, German Shepards, Newfoundlands, Greyhounds, & small dogs like Tea cup Poodles, Miniature Greyhounds, all breeds of terriers, beagles, bull dogs, and many others! I have cared for newborn puppies with their many needs. I have cared for dogs with disabilities, both physical and mental. I have cared for older dogs, assuring them joyful, wonderful, and comfortable lives for as long as possible. I believe ALL animals are angels and unconditional loving creatures that we r blessed to have in our lives! With this belief I have become certified as an Animal Communicator which has helped me in this life long love of caring and loving ALL Gods creatures! Thanks for reading & BTW Dog spelled backwards is God! ? Amen! PS Ask about about any of the groups I belong to such as the North Shore Animal League, PETA, Greenpeace, and Animal Rescue thru the Greater Goods.Organization as well as my Animal Communication training!!!! Maureen is always so responsive, kind with my pet and flexible with requests. Can’t recommend her enough! Plus you get so many pet photos when she’s visiting them!
Maureen was so great! She communicate with me at every visit and sent plenty of photos! Even of my cat who doesn’t like strangers, she would always find her in her favorite hiding place and snap a photo for me :) would definitely use her again!!
Mo took fantastic care of our cat! We came hope to a happy and healthy cat and were informed of all his activities while we were away with plenty of photos too!
Maureen was amazing! She was very communicative and sent great photos every day. My cat has asthma and needs an inhaler, and Maureen was super open to learning how to do that and did a great job with it! Would definitely recommend her as a cat sitter!
