I live on the second floor of 3 unit apartment complex. It is a private walk up with my own entrance. The grounds are gated and safe for pets. I live just north of Abbott Kinney in Venice so plenty of fun walks and dog friendly places to go! My apartment is spacious 2 bedroom with hard wood floors. I have no pets currently so your pet with be the top dog or cat!
