I recently moved to the Chicagoland area after graduating from medical school to complete my medical residency training here. In the last couple of months I have been very busy with Rover (due to an open schedule) which has been great!!! I have met SO may furry friends and have enjoyed exploring Chicago with them. I grew up and am most familiar with medium-large sized dogs. I am used to timid and shy rescues as well as very energetic dogs. I've fostered several dogs and puppies throughout medical school (my parents even adopted my last foster :) so I get to see him when I visit!). I also spent time regularly walking with shelter dogs. I love dogs and found them a great stress relief :) I currently have a cat who I adopted from the shelter I volunteered at in medical school. If you have an active dog, I would take him on a run instead of walk if preferred. Now that I will be working again, my availability will be sporadic (mostly weekend and evening availability).
