My wife and I recently moved to South Hill looking for fun & adventure with our 2 cats. I love to be outdoors going for runs, hikes, and exploring new parks with friends. Being new to the area, we are always looking for new friends (animal & human)! I have had a lot of love for the dogs in my life, and try to give all of the ones I meet the attention they deserve! I can deal with any type and size of dog, whether it's a long/short walk, or just taking them out for a quick bathroom break. I will treat your dog as I would my own! :)

Mattson was so patient with my Romo. He spent some quality time to make sure he was ok and sent me pictures to show that Romo was doing fine. Mattson also kept in constant communication with me which was very nice. Thank you!

I have known Matt since we were little kids. Growing up he always loved playing with and being around all of our friends' animals, especially the dogs. A couple years ago, I was injured and unable to take my dog out for his daily walks. Mattson came over every day and took Tucker for a walk and would play with him, giving him the care and attention that I had been lacking to give to him. Aside from being great with dogs, he is a very honest and trustworthy guy and more importantly, highly dependable. He has taken care of my dog whenever I have asked, and I've never regretted asking him. Ten times out of ten I would recommend Mattson. You won't be disappointed!
Mattson is an all around great guy. He loves his friends and family and would do anything for them. He also loves his dog Josie. While in College Mattson would bring Josie up to school whenever he could so that he could take her on hikes and adventures with his friends.

We have a fully tall fenced backyard with plenty of room and grass. We also have tons of parks and walking trails within close distance of our home. Our 2 cats and puppy are used to dogs in the home and keep to themselves.

Any sort of special attention that a dog requires is helpful information. If they do well with other dogs/animals/children, if they have medication, they need extra/less exercise than normal, etc.
A typical day
I find a simulating dogs mentally and physically is equally important to keep a dog happy. We can work on new tricks, explore parks & trails and get plenty of attention in home.
