Pet care experience
I am a volunteer at Louisville Metro Animal Services and Ashland Animal Rescue Fund, where I assist with helping shelter dogs. As a dog owner and shelter volunteer, I am very familiar with and love dogs! I also make dog sized blankets that I donate to shelters. My appreciation and care for dogs is undeniable, and I can’t wait to meet yours! I’m very experienced in animal care, and would absolutely treat your pet as if it were my own. I have been a fur mom my entire life, and I truly love spending time with dogs. I truly believe that this world is the dogs’ world, and I’m just living in it! 💗

Mattison took great care of my sweet girl. She gave multiple updates and sent pictures throughout the day. She was very professional. I would absolutely recommend her and would love to have her watch Paislee again in the future if I am needing a sitter!!

Animals definitely come first in my apartment. I live at an apartment complex that has a fenced dog park and lots of area to run, so if your dog stays with me they will have plenty of exercise! I have sat numerous dogs both young and old and enjoy pup slumber parties (and cuddles)! Your dog will be spoiled by me.

Please let me know if your dog has any special personality quirks or medication necessities that I would need to be aware of! If the pup is staying with me at my apartment, I would need to know if he or she is cat-friendly because I have my own furbaby named Kai! Any and all instructions left for me are welcomed and will be followed with the utmost care!
A typical day
If you have an athletic or active dog, I am the sitter for you! Trips to parks, running around the neighborhood, fieldtrips to public outdoor marketplaces will likely happen every day. I like to ensure that the dogs are mentally and physically stimulated throughout their time with me, and are therefore ready to get a good nights sleep once we are home for the night! If your dog is less active, I can bring the activity level down to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. I love being able to exercise with pups, and also being able to cuddle with pets! For me, it’s their stay, their way!

Availability
I have graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. I have started Medical School at ULSOM as of 6/2023. Due to a lot of my time being dedicated to studying, I am able to stay in your home with your pet for most, if not all, of the day!
