Pet care experience
Pets are my happy place! After the loss of my 11 year old dog, I’m eager for all the pet time I can get! Needless to say I’m no stranger to doggy bags… I have been trusted for years to care for the pets of family and friends; from cleaning out litter boxes to daily walks to lots, and lots, of hair.

Mattie is amazing! Our dog, Goldie, is a rescue and is very unsure about people, yet was immediately comfortable with Mattie. Mattie always sends us updates and pictures when she visits Goldie, and gives her medication without any problem (Goldie doesn't always love meds but Mattie always gets her to take them). Mattie clearly loves dogs and my scaredy dog puppy adores her.
Mattie is THE BEST! Mattie was responsive and responsible when she house/dog sat for us for 10 nights. We arrived home to a clean house, and two well-exercised and well-cared for dogs. Mattie kept in good touch with us while we were gone and took in mail, watered plants, as we had asked. We will definitely hire her again!!!!
Mattie was great, she communicated clearly and was flexible for our somewhat complicated schedule.
Mattie watched our dogs several times and we trust her wholly with their care. Our dogs absolutely love her and she has always shown to be kind and patient with them. She has also stayed at our house to watch them and has been nothing but respectful and kept the house in great condition. We are so grateful to have her as someone we can count on to help us out to watch our pups.

A typical day
I love to go on outdoor walks around my neighborhood (Montavilla) or to Mt. Tabor Park. Unless advised against, dog park dates are a must! Huge fan of spending time outside seeing the sites and smelling the smells!

Availability
I work the early morning shift at a coffee shop, which allows me to be off and available by about 10am almost every day! I would be thrilled to take your pet on an afternoon walk or stop in for a mid-morning check up!
