Been walking and boarding dogs in Bushwick since 2016 :) Previous to taking care of dogs on my own I worked with animal shelters for a few years as well as fostering over 30 dogs in the span of 3 years. I've worked with and looked after every type of dog there is: from chihuahuas to pit bulls, from the timid to the energetic, from puppy to senior, and I love them all! Working with and caring for so many different types of dogs over the years has taught me a lot about caring for and meeting their individual needs - whether they need to run around like crazy in my backyard for a couple to calm down or need to cuddle in a nice warm spot inside all day, I got you covered :) I offer both dog walks and dog boarding: - For the dog walks I offer group and solo walks, group walks allow the dogs to get socialized with one another and they usually enjoy the company :) Solo walks are for the pups that don't get along with other dogs or need a little extra special attention (solo walks cost an additional $5). - For dog boarding I have a large 2 story apartment with a fenced in backyard, so tons of space for your pup to run around and play in. I have pretty much everything to take care of the pups including toys & beds, pretty much the only thing you will need to bring is food, any medication the dogs needs, rain/winter coat, and maybe a favorite toy or blanket to remind him of home. I do have a very sweet, large puppy named Ruby who just turned one. She is a sweetheart but has a lot of energy and loves to play. I do ask for dog boarding that you bring over your pup prior to the boarding to make sure that Ruby and your pup get along. Rain, sun, snow, or hail I'll be there to walk and take care of your pup!
